J.A. Gavranich & Sons, owned and operated by Robert and Joseph Gavranich, builds homes exclusively in the South Jersey area, including Camden County and Ocean City.

We started out doing additions and renovations, however, based on our requests from previous clients, we then focused on semi-custom and custom homes throughout the Camden County area. In 1993, our company expanded operations to Ocean City, New Jersey. Since that date, we have built more than 160 new custom single family homes and duplexes in the Ocean City area.
From the Ground Up.
Brothers Joseph and Bob Gavranich partnered up to build a construction business founded on quality, integrity, and excellence. Over the last thirty years they have built more than 260 homes from Camden County to the Jersey shore. Their reputation carries through into their employee dedication, most of which have served J.A. Gavranich and Sons for over 30 years.
